The pattern consists of three small, wintery-themed pincushions featuring the Tufted Titmouse, the Barred Owl, and the Northern Cardinal. Did you know... The Tufted Titmouse uses a helper from their previous brood to help raise their next group of young. I love that! Of course, the Northern Cardinal is a favorite of many and the state bird to the most number of states. Lastly, we have the Barred Owl. They are among the few owls that hunt during daylight and lack ear tufts. We have a pair of nesting Barred Owl in our woods; they awaken at about 4 - 5 p.m.and begin vocalizing. Their distinctive hooty call of 8 - 9 notes, described as "Who cooks for you? Who cooks for you all?" This call carries well through the woods and is relatively easy to imitate. We have brought the barred owl into close range by emulating their call. So fun! We hear them again before sunrise, announcing they are safely back "home" after a night of hunting.

Terms & Conditions for Preorders and Special Order items-
- Patterns generally arrive within a month of their release (Market and Expo times can cause variation). New releases can be about a month while existing releases may only take a few days as they are simply being restocked.
- Fabric will be dyed to order and time varies between the Dyers. Generally between 4-12 weeks.
- Threads generally arrive within a few days to a month.
- Should you want to cancel any items within your order, you will only be refunded in store credit less a restocking fee.
- If I cannot fulfill your order due to supply issues or discontinuance, I will refund your original payment method and contact you for alternatives.
Preorder & Special order items are NOT IN STOCK and will ship within 2 business days of arrival. If you order these items and other in stock items, your entire order will ship when your FULL ORDER is in stock. Please contact me if you need items from your order sooner, we can work on it together.
Cancellations
Refunds for cancelling any item with Preorder in the title, will be issued as a Store Credit less a 30% restocking fee. All cancellations are refunded in Store Credit only.
Postage & Handling is not refundable as it is a service that is not refundable once a shipment is mailed and accepted by the carrier
